"Schnittbrötchen"

Crispy baked, oven fresh and with the typical split in the middle - aromatic wheat bread roll made from dough that has been rested for 12 hours for optimum flavour. A perfect example of the art of baking:

Resting the dough for 12 hours enables the flavour and aroma to fully develop. The rolls baked in advance at a pre-defined temperature and humidity and then baked to crispy, yellow gold perfection at the Backstube throughout the day.
