Naturally, we are also a certified member of the German Franchise Association (Deutscher Franchise Verband e.V.) and we have demonstrated our compliance with the association’s strict certification requirements for a third time now.

We also take part in the two-yearly independent satisfaction survey which is implemented by the International Centre for Franchising and Cooperation (F&C Centre) because we want our franchise partners to tell us where we can make improvements.
